「We stay here for one day, the location of the hotel is very very good, as it is in the city, there are shops, restaurant near the hotel. The hotels style is vintage i think, it's quite unique. It is worth to travelers to stay here, as it is save time and walking. The staff is very nice, she helps us to booked the taxi at the night, and answer our questions politely. 「The welcoming feeling goes beyond the arrival. It is all way till the end, when the team thank you and says "hope see you again" - priceless. The whole team, from receptionist and cleaners to management, they are very friendly and helpful. They offer toiletry produced locally. It was so go that we found the brand shop and bought some to take home. They offer all the best. The whole room/ bathroom very clean. I strongly recommend this hotel for all it has to offer. 「The view from our windows over the curving harbour of Chania was outstanding! Many photos were taken of the water and shore sites and activities of this beautiful scene! Georgio and Teresa were wonderful hosts. Georgio helped us up to the top floor with our heavy luggage and then spent quite a bit of time describing best restaurants for various meals and times day. He is quite proud of Chania and Helena Hotel. We had a wonderful time and look forward to staying at the Helena Hotel next time...
