“The Terrace Inn is located in the beautiful historic neighborhood of Bay View, which made for a peaceful and enjoyable setting. Unfortunately, our stay fell short of expectations in several areas. When we arrived, there was no hot water, so we were unable to shower before our dinner reservation. While the restaurant, 1911, informed us of the issue, the inn never contacted us, even though we had tried calling ahead. No apology or concession was offered for the inconvenience. Breakfast was……

“There is no hot water when we arrived. Waited for the whole day, still no progress. The staff is polite but not very helpful in providing alternative solutions. So we checked out early. Expedia contacted the hotel for refund and no one is answering the email or the phone call. So yeah, I got ghosted.”

“What a perfectly quaint and serene B&B. Jean and Dave have truly created a masterpiece to clear the mind and enjoy a special getaway with your significant other. The grounds were a gardener’s paradise and our room was so cozy we felt like it was home. It was triangulated between Charlevoix, Petoskey, and Boyne City - perfect location. Do yourself a favor and stay here, you won’t regret it!”
