Full disclosure: The room we stayed in was a bit dated. And we didn't mind it a bit. The property is in great shape. Daily room service, which is becoming rare. Excellent location, we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Breakfast was served up hot every day and included lots of options. This will be our new go-to location in the Harbor Springs area. Looking forward to going back some day.

The rooms were very cold. Because it's an older property the radiator heat at the floorboards did not heat the room well. There was a fireplace, but it didn't give off heat. The beds were very comfortable, but small for a full size bed.

Great location, clean and friendly staff. Large room with jetted tub and shower . Fireplace in room . Could hear waves from our room ! Only negative was we could hear everything our neighbors were saying and doing !!! Above us and beside us! Paper thin walls ! Otherwise , we enjoyed the stay but didn’t get a lot of sleep . The hot tub was wonderful also!!
