「Room was in good condition and comfortable bed. Staff was pleasant although with limited English ability. There was no English name of the hotel on the exterior of the building or in the lobby. The hotel is on the 5th floor of an office building and the reception in the main lobby didn't know about the hotel when I showed them a Chinese translation of the English name and they directed me to another building across the street. 「The apartment was not as advertised. As a platinum Expedia member I am disappointed this hotel was recommended to me. The elevators were very sketchy, no laundry was available, even though this was advertised. The doors to the ensuite, and other furniture were broken and not working. I wouldn’t recommend this place to family or friends wanting to visit.」

Once I arrived by metro, I messaged the property and they gave me further directions on how to locate the hotel by pin location. Located on the 41st floor (take elevator 5 or 10), check in was easy. Room was better than expected. Staff was very friendly, too! Stay here!」
