「Perfect stay with my daughter for few days. Staff are so friendly and helpful all the time. Can’t fault the whole experience. The only thing I’d pick on was the smell in the toilet in our room, it’s probably due to the sewage system. The stafff came to attend and fix the smell every time we raise the issue. It’s really been a great escape .」

「We drove our car there at night, the road was wiggly & dark ( no lights other than the car lights). For us it was a little nerve racking. The view was pretty in the morning. The room looked nice and clean, but the fridge was uncleaned, Staff were nice and welcoming. In the room description it said the mattress is Tempur-pedic, but that definitely wasn’t!. In the room descriptions it said we would get a bottle of sparkling wine, but we didn’t get that either. I opened the drawers under the bed...

「Wonderful hotel at a beautiful beach. Everyone working at the hotel are extremely nice and accommodating. Special shoutout to the brother-sister team of Alessio and Alexandra for taking great care of us. The location of the hotel is also excellent especially if you would like to visit the best beaches on the whole island of Crete.」

「Only stayed one night as I had an early ferry departure the next morning. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay longer. The property is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. Location is excellent. Staff genuinely friendly and helpful.」

「Really beautiful property and great staff」

「We adored this family-run property. Our room was very, very spacious. We had a lovely balcony. The property has beautiful gardens. The beach is just across the street whichbisbso convenient. We would definitely stay here again.」

「The host and owner Marcus (it's a family run hotel) was wonderful and went out of his way to help, answer questions, accommodate, and make sure his guests are happy. Siya hotel is also in an excellent location, 3min from the beach, but off the loud hustle and bustle of the shoreline, which was perfect for me!」

「When booked the hotel was described as a “resort” which is why we planned the detour to its location. Upon arrival there was no staff to welcome us - a text to the number on the locked door was quickly returned with a lock box code to grant us enterance to our studio apartment. The advertised laundry facilities were not available for use, the swimming pool while open was in great need of maintenance or filtering ( both) and as such was not an attractive option for the afternoon. The restaurant...
