“First night there I saw a mouse. I called the front desk and told her about the mouse the staffer apologized for the incident;but said that the manager won’t be back for 10 minutes. When the manager came back she acknowledge my complaint and moved me to a different room. I thought that I should’ve been upgraded but that wasn’t offered. I had to wait 10-15 minutes for a bellboy to go back to my room and gather my things to move to the next room. I’ve visited this establishment for the past 20……

“We always enjoy the Sands. The staff is always great. Rooms and hallways are clean. Location and especially Kiwi’s are our favorite. The only complaint would be that the fold out couch is in dire need of an upgrade on the mattress. Our over 60 party of ladies had to take turns suffering on the pull out. Thank you for another wonderful stay.”

“Everything nice only thing for parking space ”

“Literally everything was on site and still near by to the main part of the boardwalk.”

“Access to amenities was nice, along with convience. Ice ring was down so we didnt get to do it, the housekeeping wasnt the best they couldn't understand us as we couldn't understand them. They didnt clean too much and didnt supply what we needed we had to call often. The food was not very good and drinks watered down. We were a little disappointed since we looked forward to the memories we have had before.”
