「The staff were all very friendly, the room was lovely, clean and very spacious. Would definitely stay there again 」

「Great location and friendly staff. However the room is considerably small given the price of the room, for 2 person without luggages, we had to keep moving the furniture in order to move around. The heating in the room took a long time to heat up and the bathtub in the room did not work. 」

「It is my bad experience as during check in, we can pay by cash. No toothbrush and toothpaste are provided and we need to spend more then £10 to buy in the gasoline station nearby. I think it is not stated when I made the reservation. 」

「Gorgeous property and setting. Lovely staff. Would definitely say its for families as opposed to couples though - several children there and if you are wanting to get away for peace and quiet although it still is very peaceful location its not the same as a couples retreat, especially when in the spa/swimming pool. We will likely return but with our two children - they would love it and we will as a family!」

「整體來說都滿意，唯一要彈的是冷氣機經常噴出一塊塊灰黑色的物體， 可能是隔塵網太污糟了，應該清洗乾淨好D， 弄得被上一塊塊污跡，這樣不太好。 其他設施及服務也貼心。」

「Staff namely Charlotte and Harvey absolutely excel in Customer Service! So rare these days. The food was exceptional too, thank you Chef. The rooms a bit tired but warm, spacious and very comfortable. We will be back thank you for a wonderful stay.」

「Fabulous historic hotel with tremendous charm in the heart of quirky Glastonbury. We had a large room with a beautiful four poster bed. The bathroom was modern (except for the separate hot & cold water taps on the sink). I was not comfortable with the intrusive information requests and privacy waivers required to use the hotel Wi-Fi so did not use it.」
