Sometimes you get the faint smell of a septic system. This is absolutely no different than camping, RV'ing or boating. It is not the smell of waste, its just the normal smell of the tank. 「What a fabulous and unique experience. The little house boat was spacious for our family, clean, and had a great view out the patio. Had plenty of amenities like coffee, cups, plates utensils, beach towels, etc. There is a nice pool, free kayaks to paddle the mangroves and darling beach to watch the sunsets. (The beach isnt for swimming, but has lovely chairs and trees to enjoy the ocean views or even fish off the rocks). We cannot wait to come again!! 」

「The unit we stayed in was very clean, beds comfy. The unit itself is showing some wear and tear but that did NOT affect the cleanliness. The view of the ocean was why i chose to stay here and was not disappointed. The patios of each unit are fairly close and do not lend alot of privacy--not genetally a problem, unless the neighbors decide to get affectionate (if you know what I mean 😀) The pool was clean and offered plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again.」

「We loved our stay at this villa! The view of the canal was great! The location was perfect for us. One of my favorite memories will always be coffee on the porch in the morning with family. Kayaks and bikes to use. inside the dwelling, master bedroom w/ full bath, another bedroom w/ two twin beds, another full bath, full kitchen + kitchenette, and living room. Really pleased. 」
