“Unfriendly or even hostile attitude of the receptionist. Didn't fufill what has promised. I don't think it was due to language and misunderstanding. I studied PhD in Sydney and worked 9 yrs in Sydney. ”

All the facilities and utensils are clean including bed sheet, towels, kettle etc. Enough hangers. Bottle water AUD5 each at request. There is no tooth brush. I don’t know whether this can be requested at the reception because I always bring with mine. Big window and long table with a chair, these allow me to use computer very comfortably. “The property is great and the rooms are relatively quite considering we were facing the traffic. The bathrooms are pretty modern, the rooms pretty clean and beds are comfy. The only thing that annoyed us was that we could smell smoke coming into our room. Due to people smoking outside. Other than that we were happy with our stay.”

“Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room is small but neat and tidy. Location is convenient. There're plenty of restaurant choices and big supermarkets within 15 mins walk. Train station is opposite to the hotel, but it is under maintenance so we took a shuttle bus to another town to change train when leaving.”
