「The stay was excellent because of the staff. We were there during a giant snowstorm. The city was basically shut down. Big credit to Cody at the front desk (who I think was stuck there with us) and the others who took care of us when nothing was normal.

「After checking in, I found that there were a large area of dirty marks on the sheets in the arranged room. Unexpectedly, I didn't change the new sheets, so I had to ask to change the room!
