"I am not tech savvy. But Grand Base made check in & check out so easy. I’m so happy with their hotel. Our room is roomy and very clean & new. There is washer and air & heat dry in the bathroom for your laundry. I love how you can shower and use the same space for air or heat dry for your clean laundry. What a great technology. We truly enjoyed this hotel. It is a bit walking from Hiroshima Station and away from tourist crowd. But very safe. Highly recommended!"

The location is incredibly convenient, just a short 5-6 minute walk from Hiroshima Station, which makes traveling around the city and beyond extremely easy. It's also close to convenience stores and dining options. The hotel itself maintains a high standard of cleanliness. My room, while typically compact for a Japanese business hotel, was spotlessly clean and very well-appointed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. A major highlight was the excellent facilities, particularly the indoor public bath and hot springs—a perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful, making check-in and any inquiries a breeze. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, and conveniently located hotel with great amenities in Hiroshima, the APA Hotel Hiroshima-Ekimae Shinkansenguchi is an outstanding choice and offers great value for money."
