「Nice small hotel near Heathrow T5. Both local bus and coach bus options to get to the airport. Breakfast buffet had many options. Rooms are not totally soundproof. We could hear our neighbors, both above and next door but that did not prevent us from having a good sleep.」

「Stayed 2 nights, staff friendly and helpful. Hotel including our room was immaculate. Booking to stay again next month and would highly recommend. Bonus was a lovely view from our room. 」

「Lovely hotel and room, check in was a bit confusing as we weren’t sure which building Reception was in-ended up having to get back into the car with all our luggage and driving to the lodge which was some distance from the Reception we’d gone to-there are two. Bathroom looked lovely initially, however when used the toilet flush need Amazonian strength and the shower didn’t drain it could also have done with a bit of Mould and mildew remover. 」

「What a great find! Visiting the area for a gig & decided to have 2 nights away. The Great House was a last minute booking but what a wonderful place! Idylic riverside setting in a small village with lovely bar & restaurant. Staff were all very friendly, from the lady who greeted us at reception & upgraded our room to the fabulous housekeeping - the lady with the ted hair deserves a special mention as we thoroughly enjoyed chatting with her!!! 「Additional £10 per night for car park, but you can park for free on the street just after corner, no more than 50m from hotel door. For me it is very unfair, I agreed with my boss this sum for hotel and I don’t have funds for extra £40 for parking. Condition of hotel is bad, it was not possible to lock the window and the gap was bigger than my finger. 」
