“It was a lovely stay, amenities were great, food was average, but didn't love that we had to pay $30 to check in early. I have never paid that before at a Hyatt, or a luxury Hotel. Don't really understand the necessity of that charge.”

“Check-in went smoothly and the staff at the front desk was friendly. One thing to note is that the floors are a little squeaky, so you may hear them during the night.
There was no toothpaste in the room, so I called the front desk to ask if they had any and if someone could bring it up. I was told I could come down and pick it up instead, which wasn’t a big deal but would have been nice as a room delivery.
Other than that, the hotel has a great location, free parking with a shuttle, and a really……
