「Everyone at the Snowhotel was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. We enjoyed the dogsledding. We spent a night in the Snowhotel. The sleeping bags they provide are very warm. Everything was great. Just keep in mind, there is no plumbing in the Snowhotel. Bathrooms and showers are in an attached building.」

「A good hotel. Very warm in the lobby. Very convenience to everywhere. We have a great moment in this hotel. The snow is so white and clean. We've joined the ice fishing tour and had a marvelous time as well. Will recommend to my friend if they have plan to visit Ivalo.」

「服務員態度良好。可是，酒店不是一整座建築物，而是分散式建築，所以在前往房間途中有可能需要拉行李拉一段距離。冬天有積雪時會比較吃力。酒店不是每天都清潔房間，如果入住超過7天，才會給你清潔房間一次。洗手間有點陳舊，而且沒有風筒，但水壓夠強。早餐味道不錯，酒店餐廳的其他食物都不錯。酒店另一個優點是為處於來往Ivalo機場巴士的巴士站對面，下車後不用走過對面即可。 」

「優點： 1.地理位置靠近湖邊，無光害，適合欣賞極光及星星 2.房間內小廚房設施還算齊全 3.房間內即可看到極光 4.飯店有非常多活動可選擇 5.每天每個房間都可以單獨使用桑拿包廂 缺點： 1.飯店人員內部溝通不良 //事件//因為訂購極光攝影行程後，到現場發現並沒有租借相機（官網上寫equipment included），到現場後希望修改，店家回應已經訂購，便無法修改。等到時間到了，講師卻說被通知行程已經取消，但錢還是要照付，所以沒人帶我們（當下真的很傻眼），但後來還是有人稍微解說該如何拍攝。但就是看看投影片，無實際操作，非常不值得參加。 2.帶活動過於隨便 //事件一//原本官網寫1-1.5hour的cross country skiing行程，到後來老師教約30分鐘就告訴我們他在哪裡，有問題可以問他，跟原本預期不同。 ...

「Santa Hotel is far exceed our expectation. Location is perfect, centre of town, few minutes walk to stores, cuisine, travel agent, national park. Also has a bus stop to Ivalo airport, such a good choice when you have a vehicle during travel. We got a spacious room with well equipped kitchen. Kitchen is surprise to us as it's not indicated while we booked it. Room is clean as well. We will choice here again」

「We were here from 23 to 27 January 2023 and enjoyed our stay very much! Routa was perfect! The location was away from light and the glass windows were so clean, we could stay inside and step outside to take pictures when aurora arrived. We saw aurora on Day 1, 3 and 4, i.e. a 75% chance. We used our private sauna every day, so relaxing. And we ordered afternoon tea every day, yummy and affordable. We tried the fireplace as well, it looked gorgeous in pictures. The beds and the fully-equipped...

「Harde senger i sovealkoven (ingen vindu og dører her), noe lytt til nabohytta, vanskelig å få helt kaldt vann på kjøkkenet og det kom vann på badegulvet når man dusjet, selv med dusjdør igjen. Litt høy pris for en slik standard. Men, var nok kjøkkenutstyr til matlaging, har mikrobølgeovn og komfyr og grei badstu. 」

Die Aktivitäten sind sehr gut organisiert. - Unser Badezimmer hatte keine Ablagemöglichkeiten, das Wasser der Dusche verbreitete sich auf dem Badezimmerboden. - Die Temperatur im Zimmer und im Bad war nur bedingt regulierbar, abhängig von der Außentemperatur. - Die Sauna, sowie ein zugehöriges Handtuch kosten jeweils extra.」

「Staying at Snow Hotel was a magiacal experience. The Gamme Cabins were cozy and inviting, the staff were incredibly friendly, we loved petting the huskys, and we were fortunate to see the Northern Lights close to the hotel. The Sami experience was especially meaningful. We hope to come back!」
