「The people are awesome 」

「I found the historical part of the hotel intriguing and the architecture. The staff amazing. Our room had bathroom sink that did not drain well and the bathtub was not working well. Shower valve was damaged an it took them 2 days to figure out that they wanted to change the room. We were excessively charged for the airport transport compared to the usual fare at other times. Hotel management reported that they only hired the services that they were not connected to the charges. The hotel...

「we travel from Bogota sonesta to Barranquilla sonesta, when we arrive, the lobby is good, room is good, but we can smell something like mildew, but not so strong. The location is at the north part of the city, 15 minutes walking to the mall, there is a asia bar at the lobby but only open after 4pm, they have good sushi. there is also an Italian restaurant in the same building of the hotel, right in front of Subway, food there is really nice too. 「I think this is a very good hotel , Ms Tais in the front desk is very helpful, all stuff speak very good english, the only worry for a traveler is that there is no mini-bar inside of the room, but you can get everything you need at front desk. I didnt find nice restaurants near by.」

「Excellent staff, extremely courteous. Breakfast is excellent with courteous and attentive staff. Delicious options to choose from. Room are roomy, very clean to include the waterfal shower. The A/C is extremely cold. Hotel does not offer free/ complementary coffee and coffee is very expensive to get a cup. Overall great stay.」

「The place of the hotel is very good. You can find shopping stores, restaurants, transportation around. For the price is a good hotel. Some small details about the condition of the room were noticed, like the toilet sometimes flushed very slow and the bathroom door had a noice sound. 」
