"Very good location. Next to the Express Bus Terminal and the Matsumoto Train Station. Plenty of shops nearby eg. Daiso, McDonalds and of course the 7 eleven all within walking distance. Plentiful eateries as well."

"If you are a tourist, this place is only accessible by taxi. If you want to take the bus, make sure you do not have luggage as the city busses are very small. The onsen is really the highlight of the place. "

"Staff were courteous. Bed and especially pillows were not comfortable. Pillow felt like I rested my head on a backpack full of books although I think they advertised that you could ask for different pillows. Window shade did not do a good job of blocking out light from train station. Room was clean. Overall I thought it was overpriced compared to what I paid for other hotels in Japan."
