"ツインとシングル、2部屋利用しました。どちらもとにかく埃っぽい。空気の入れ替えをしようと窓を開けようとしましたが、開かず。 布団にはガムテープが貼られ、穴の補修かと思いますが、安いとはいえ、さすがに驚きました。ベッドマットも、ドスンと座ればマット下の板に当たるほど。 シングルの部屋の布団はベッドよりサイズが大きいもののようで、床に付いてました。 近くに温泉があり、とても泉質がよく、大満足でした。 食事は朝夕無料とのことでしたが、座席数が少ないので、満席状態でしたので、外食にしました。 歯ブラシ、タオル類は、フロント前にありました。 駐車場が広くて、近くにお店も多いので、場所的には満足です。 ありがとうございました。"

"When we arrived to check in at the hotel, there was already a different customer in the room. When we went back to the main lobby, we had to wait in the lobby for over an hour before the staff got us a room. They did not provide updates either. They just asked us to wait. Any update they did provide to us was provided in Japanese and they clearly knew that I could not understand Japanese.
