「The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area is safe and better than I had expected. I had an amazing time here. I’d recommend making reservations for the restaurants somewhat early if you’d like a good spot to eat. Note that the complementary shuttle bus time is off as they did arrive 45 mins later than expected but that has nothing to do with the resort. Nice amount of shops around the resort. Would stay again!」

「Location was quiet in a gated and safe community. Super close to a grocery store, (Best Buy) The Don food truck and other entertainment joints. Host was very pleasant and always helpful, communication was 10/10. Property was pleasant, Air conditioning was perfect. Would recommend!!」

「Very friendly couple, Diana and Martin, taking the time to explain all about Curaçao. Neat room, good airco, great beds, also wide. 3 kun walk to Jan Thiel. We loved the personal touch. There are only 6 rooms, with makes it quite private with the big pool. We stayed a week.」

「We had a wonderful 5-night stay at Goudhaen Luxury apartments. The owners and gracious hosts, Colin and Melissa, made us feel welcome even before checking in as they were very communicative. We loved the location in Jan Thiel and felt totally safe there. Our apartment had the conveniences of home with a well equipped kitchen, and thoughtful amenities for exploring the island. If we ever have the opportunity to travel back to Curacao, we would definitely stay at Goudhaen again. 」

「Our first bump on our trip was that the transport company dropped us off at the wrong accommodation. We made one phone call and our host had come and picked us up without hesitation. The apartment was well appointed and decorated very nice. Usually when we rent a condo we have to clean it but this apartment was impeccably clean, even the floors. 「The room was really clean, everything about it was well maintained, everything you need is there for an apartment. Everything works great and the backyard area is very calm and nice. The only thing that bothered me was the water pressure for the shower, other than that, everything was great.」
