"We had meetings in nearby Lugazi and originally planned to stay in the town. However, when the option of staying in the nearby rainforest came up, I decided the cool of the forest and its quietness were a far better option."

The staff are very professional and the manager of the property is a great guy. I booked an Executive room & the interior designers did a FANTASTIC job with the design details. "I can't sleep at night on account of heavy traffic noisy for 3 nights. Terrible. I requested the change of my room, employee refused my suggestion. Oher side room is better, but they denied the my suggestion. I don't want to recommend any more with internet reservation. Hotel gave me a bad room."
