“Great stay near lassen volcanic park and Lake Almanor. Well appointed and easy to access. We recommend staying here when in the area. ”

“We checked in very very late (3 am) after very hectic and emotional day. The woman who checked us in at the front was so caring and considerate, and not at all annoyed with us being there so late. She was able to go above and beyond to accommodate us. We also really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, it was well stocked and clean. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The staff is great. Breakfast gal is on point always a smile and most accommodating! Our housekeeper was terrific too! The 'dirty bird' situation under the awning is MOST disturbing!! My car was, to put is lightly, bombed by birds with a definite digestive problem. Maybe some type of deterrant to them roosting above the cars would be beneficial. $20 car was two days in a row!!”
