「I love Residence Inns and the Residence Inn in Chico followed suit with all of the other fabulous Residence Inns I've stayed at! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I have a food allergy and at breakfast, that was also wonderful and so many options, there was a sign saying ask about their gluten free items. The staff member I spoke with was extremely helpful and packed me up a whole box of gluten free goodies to take! The room was also great, spacious and nice. The pool was wonderful, too!...

「Ac sucked, wall trim was pulled away from wall in places and had rotten wood. Food crumbs under bed and tables. And black mold in the bathroom by the toilet and around the tub and on the roof」

「Room was very clean and staff were helpful. breakfast was minimal at best. It took 15 - 20 pumps on the coffee bottle to get a reasonably full cup of coffee. Dispensers for soap and skin cream aren't checked so they run out. Everything else worked well - hot water, shower, A/C, etc. If you need a place to shower and sleep, this place fills the bill nicely. If you need something more, it comes up short.」

We spoke to the front office women, who was very kind and she spoke to the (I’m guessing maintenance man or manager, not sure) man doing pool work, who did ask the people to leave.
