「It is a terrible experience. The faucet of the shower is broken and the water kept flowing with a big noise for the whole night. The engineer came to work on it from 12am to 1am but cannot fix it. I cannot sleep for the whole night. I came to Crowne Plaza to have a good sleep because I just have a more 20 hours flight trip. But I cannot because of the broken of the faucet and the noise. I have stayed in Crowne Plaza for many times. This is the worst experience.」

「I loved everything about my stay. It's a little dated. No USB options in the suite to charge devices I was Double charged for my stay and had to wait until the next 2 business days for the charges to fall off.」

「I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.」

「The hotel is fantastic. The staff are amazing, kind, and thoughtful people who invest in the customers. The drinks are great. Breakfast and dinner were filling and fueling. The beds are fantastic. Mr. Eddie, Jim, Michael, and Garrett were wonderful and made us feel cared for; Mr. Kenny the maintenance man took time to invest and get to know us and made sure our safety was paramount. Ms. Iryana went above and beyond to ensure our room was welcoming and felt clean when we returned every afternoon....

「Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. 」

「Everyone was very friendly even housekeeping as they walked by greeted you. Was disappointed over having pepper gravy or sausage gravy other than that food was great in appearance always making sure food was available. Meals for happy hour along with complimentary drink makes room affordable 」

「Have a nice staying afternoon 8 hours driving. Room is great and clean. Breakfast is at the nice and have things we needed. The swimming pool is open and have kids playing in it. We hadn’t use it. Instead we use the fitting room for half an hour. Facilities are some what old and make annoying sounds when used.」
