Upon arrival, there was visible mold on the bathroom ceiling above the shower. I reported this to the front desk and was moved to another room — however, the second room also had mold and was dirty. I am traveling with my child, and this presented a health and sanitation concern. In addition to the mold issues: • The heat in the room was not working • The pool area was dirty and unusable • The bed sheets had visible stains • There was hair present on the bedding These conditions indicate poor sanitation and inadequate housekeeping across the property.

Everything was sparkling clean The breakfast was excellent and very well presented Using the TV was complicated. The channels did not match the selections and the desk person was unable to help.

We reserved a two room suite we ended up with a single, the towels had stains on them. They were clean, but had stains. My husband went downstairs to ask where the ice machine was, and there was one on our floor and sent him to another floor there were no extra blankets in the room. We have stayed there several times before don’t think we will return.

While the water constantly ran in the bathtub, the staff was amazing, the beds were comfy enough, the free breakfast was filling and checkout was easy.

Room was pleasant. One bed had a broken leg so it was crooked which was a little uncomfortable. Shower would not fully turn on so the pressure was awful. Breakfast was awful - self making pancakes came out like rubber, the mini blueberry muffins tasted like chemicals. Eggs were dry & most of the soft drinks available were out. We were at breakfast 40 mins after it started.

Room was great, fancy tiles in bathroom area, breakfast was solid, hot tub good, pool is half indoors half outdoors with a barrier but nothing separating water in December so was great for cold plunging after hot tub, not so much for normal swimming. Exercise room has some cardio and lighter weights.

Was texted that an early check in before 1 would result in $30 fee. Got there after 2 and was told will still be charged, in a very not nice way. They need to get their story straght. There was no hair dryer in the room, not an oversight, was told they supply on an as needed basis. Breakfast was gone by 9:30, suppose to last to 10. Was much better about 6 months ago, was told there was management change.

We had to ask for a replacement roll of toilet paper on day 2 of our stay and go to desk to get it 45 min later. Should have had an extra roll in the room already. We had to ask for fresh/new towels and wait hours for them but ended up using dirty towels for the 2nd time. A cleaning crew member should have been available to bring new towels or get some out of an empty room when a request is made. I had to go to desk to finally get clean towels 12 hours later because ours were never changed out. Trash was never emptied and room never cleaned for entire stay. Breakfast’s were good and bed was comfortable. Shower water would not stay a constant temperature. Excuses don’t get return/repeat customers. I find it hard to believe all the available towels were being washed and not available for 2 hours.

Never got any room service. Had no toilet paper had no tissues, had no trash bags. Never had a cleaning lady come to our room and we was there for 3 days. I had to ask every time for towels they never had any pool towels. The pool water was 58* so we couldn’t use the pool. The hot tub was so hot it burned your skin. Also made made us pay a $35 early check-in fee when we was only there 15 minutes early maybe 20 minutes early and had to get all of our service ourselves and had to ask for all of our services multiple times even ran out of things. Everything related to our stay here was great until I needed assistance with additional towels and toilet paper in our room and had to ask the gal working the front desk on the second night we were there. It was a Friday and her nametag said "Manager" which was alarming because she was extremely rude and condescending when I went up there with my 3 kids in tow. Her name is Tracy and again her nametag said "manager." When we walked away, I was visibly frustrated and my daughter noticed and spoke up, not ok that children even noticed her lack of customer service and rudeness. Literally everyone else was wonderful. Just the manager Tracy was very rude and could use some training in customer service. When I mentioned it at check out, none of the amazing staff seemed to be surprised at her behavior. Something should be done about this for sure! I wish I could do more than just write a review so nobody else has to be made to feel like an inconvenience. Thank you.
