「It was a great atmosphere inside and outside the building. Staff was great. 」

「Not the best or the worst i have been to. Rooms were not really clean i had 4 rooms one room had dirty socks in it, one room had used deodorant under sink, i had peanuts on floor and found a nose ring. only got another role of toilet paper when we went down and asked for it, No bedding for pull out in room. 1 tv didn't work. Area around place ok many food options. Many shopping areas around hotel.」

「6年前来过，总体变化不大，但是从万豪变成索内斯特管理，软件还是查了一点，拖鞋，洗漱用具都没了，厨房设施也少了锅子，总体有明显退步。设施开始有点老旧了。该更新了。」

「The rooms need an update. The room I was in had stains on the carpet and foot stool. Also they need to clean the rooms a little better. My room had a paper towel and a candy rapper left on the floor. Even when I had the room refreshed in the middle of the stay, they missed both of these items again.」

「The hotel is in beautiful condition and is very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and effecient, despite the language barrier. There is a design flaw in their handicap accessible showers. The floor is tilted outward and the water floods into the hallway.」

「Our room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful.」

「This property was close to anything you wanted to do at Newport on the Levee. The rooms are not very soundproof and since it is a pet friendly hotel someone's dog was barking and disturbing us even in the middle of the night. This was in no way the hotel's fault with exception maybe the rooms could be better soundproofed. The hotel was extremely clean and had a bar on site which was nice. The swimming pool area was really nice too. Maybe a few additional chairs for seating around pool area....

「Convent to all attractions, clean, staff was nice and helpful. Though the bed was very firm which I am not a fan the room was clean. Easy walk over the bridge to Cincinnati. I would stay there again 😊」
