"We were very grateful for the cleanliness of the room! We had a room with a private bathroom, and both the sleeping area and the bathroom was very clean. Futon beds were comfortable and warm. "The service was amazing. The food at the hotel was amazing, especially the dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a private onsen in our room which was really a bonus. The public onsens were also very clean and well maintained. The 8F one had great views. The rooms were very spacious. Amenities were great. We loved everything about this hotel and would definitely come back"

"The staff were AMAZING and helped me with several issues of my own cause. The heater in the room worked well. The bed mattress was uncomfortable but sleeping on the duvet always helpful. The tubs were deep and water hot.. happy with my stay "
