「Wow--huge room, very clean and well-maintained and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent--a plentiful buffet. 2-minute walk to a sandy beach. Parking was easy. Location is not in the busy part of Sunny Beach, but off on its own (which we appreciated). Awesome value for money. We would stay again.」

「I chose this hotel based on its reviews and ratings, but it was a huge disappointment. The photos online look nothing like the real hotel and appear to be AI-generated. We arrived around midnight, but the hotel was completely closed. The entrance gate was locked, the lights were off, and there was nobody at reception. We had to open the gate ourselves. The only contact number was a landline, so we couldn’t reach anyone on WhatsApp. After waiting, we finally contacted them through Hotels.com,...

「What a wonderful place. I stayed for 2 nights and had a great experience. Check in was smooth, staff was kind and helpful. The hotel rooms are very nice and clean with all the amenities. They have a pool and restaurant. This hotel is 100m walk from the main bus line which has frequent buses to both Sunny Beach and Nessebar (3 stops). If you want to stay close enough to the action but far enough from the craziness of Sunny Beach this hotel is a fantastic option. If I go back to Sunny Beach, I...

「The staff were incredible to deal with, especially Desi, who went out of her way to make things as best as possible considering some unfortunate incidents with my co-travellers. Even the owner herself tried to help when I first arrived! I will definitely be going back, should I return to Sunny Beach 😊 for vacation or work」

Bruyant 24h/24. 「We booked an apartment for four people, including a child, but when we arrived there were not enough proper beds for everyone. In the end, both adults had to sleep in the same bed with our child, which was very uncomfortable. We had no other choice but to book an additional room, which cost us an extra £300 that we had not planned to spend. The room was very dirty. There was rubbish next to the beds, the windows and furniture were covered in dust, and there was sand everywhere. Housekeeping was...
