「The room was clean the water park was great! The location was awesome. I have 2 baby that wanted ice cream and we got back to late so they were upset. We ask the manager if any ice cream places were open in the area, this manager open the ice cream store so they could get some ice cream. He was all about making sure they have a good experience. He is want more places need. I did not get him name but i hope he sees this. We will be staying again. Love it!」

「Staff throughout the hotel were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast staff were rude and not helpful. Would have been nice if healthy food would have been offered (i.e fruit or yogurt). Parking is always a little rough when you have large trucks. It would have been nice to know about the $15 per night packing fee. That was new to us. Overall a good place to stay very convenient to the strip and walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg. 」
