「The hotel was very nice, spacious, and had great amenities. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always pleasant to interact with. The only areas that could be improved are housekeeping and the elevators. It would be nice if fresh towels were replaced and toilet paper was restocked without guests having to request them. Also, the elevators were very slow and could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, I had a good stay and would recommend the hotel.」

「Where do I start? There was only one person working. Online it said there was a pool and it was open from 10 to 8. Never did it say that the pool was closed every single Monday? Of course we checked in on Monday with kids ready to swim and we got rudely denied. Then when we got to our room, the AC was out and they tried to make us wait for maintenance to come and approve us moving to another room. Breakfast ended at 9 AM. My kids went over around 8:50 something and got denied to even grab...

「Nice location. Bathroom was showing its age but everything worked and was clean. The suite was comfortable and clean. The first floor ocean view was mostly of the swimming pool. The one problem we had was the room was not ready at check in time (4:00). We arrived at 4:10 but the room wasn't available until 5:30. Breakfast buffet was okay but overpriced for what they offered.」
