Our room was clean with comfortable beds and the AC kept us cool. Bathroom was clean and shower was well supplied with clean towels, etc. Elevators looked pretty rough but worked fine. Parking garage was convenient and close. Pools were great on a hot day and the beach is a very short walk. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience.

This hotel is perfect for families with little kids! All the pool options as well as the kid's room and movie theater give you plenty of activities. The dining options were decent. Some areas in the hotel are a bit dated and worn, but they have renovations planned. The location is amazing, and the beach view from the room is wonderful!

I loved staying at this place for the beachfront view and all the extras the hotel had. The kids loved all the pools and I enjoyed the restaurant options. It was great that kids ate free with adult meal purchases. I didnt like having to park across the street and pay $10/day when o already paid over 2k for 5 day stay, but it wasn't the worst thing ever. Hotel is conveniently located and staff is decently helpful, some had bad attitudes the whole stay. Maintenance needs done to the place and the elevators are VERY small !! All in all I enjoyed my stay and would return again for sure.

This hotel was nice the oceanfront view breath taking. The 3 pools were great. The elevators were slow and hallway have no a/c and neither the inside of the elevator very uncomfortable. The air conditioning in the rooms are very noisy I asked a couple of people while waiting for the slow elevator if they had the same problem they said. Other than that it’s a great hotel very friendly staff great amenities they even have a theatre room the shows movies and give popcorn

The rooms are very dated. The wallpaper was coming apart at the seems. The carpet was old and dingy. The bathrooms were also dated and need to be updated. The location is fantastic and the amenities were great. However, the main pool was not very clean at all. The hallways were hot as heck and should be cooled down a bit. The Italian restaurant here was fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful. But overall, this place needs a lot of work.

This is a great place to stay with kids. Yhe hotel is at the end of the boardwalk which proved to be very quiet. The beach was very clean and not crowded ar all. The free movies in the family movie theater is a great bonus! There are plenty of swimming opportunities inside and outside. We came at the end of the summer season and were very pleased. The staff was attentive and helpful. Always friendly. The Blue Whale was a convenient and affordable option for lunch on our beach days. Kids eat free and the staff is also friendly. Food was good. The only downside was that the sliding doors to both of our balconies were very hard to open! We hope to come back!
