“Started off poorly. Arrived at 1030 pm after doing online check in and providing all necessary documentation. Upon arrival, I still had to provide the documentation that I provided online. They put us in room 306. After getting off a very dirty elevator, we were welcomed by a very smelly hallway - either cigarette or marijuana. I could not tell. Upon arriving into the room, I found a full trash can from previous guests and no sheets on bed with dirty sheets on dresser. I went back down to……

“Very clean room and fantastic shower. No iron in room~ you need to ask for one. Staff very friendly. Delicious drinks at the bar :)”

“After a 7 1/2 hour drive I went to check in and the woman behind the counter was on the phone… for 10 minutes and was never acknowledged. Finally when she did she told me the pool and hot tub were not working although both were filled. We drove all that way a day early for our tournament so the girls could enjoy the pool and have down time. I was very disappointed and was told if I want to complain I need to contact Expedia not them 😳. Needless to say next year I’ll be staying elsewhere.”

“This hotel was amazing! The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and attentive. The staff looked like they love their jobs & it shows. The rooms and entire hotel was very clean! The pool, hot tub, steam room & out door sitting areas were superb! The breakfast was delicious. I would stay here every time I come to the area! ”

“The furniture and the thermostat are broken. Moth are functional but physically broken. The tub in the master bathroom had a scum on all surfaces. The sliding deck doors don’t lock but were secured with boards in the slide rails. The fridge was functional but extremely load.”
