"Need to inspect the room prior to releasing. Food in the fridge and trash. No apologies from the staff when we turned over the leftovers from the room. We stay a couple of nights every year here and noticed that thing’s have been neglected."

"The staff was amazing and went out of the way to get us a room on the 6th floor away from the wedding noise that was there. The valets were awesome, the whole trip was worth it!!!"
