Northwest Rochester 3 Stars Hotels

"This hotel looks a little bit like it's from an old horror movie. Very long dark hallways. We entered into our room and there were splatters of something running down the wall, some sort of white stains all over the bag the blow dryer was in, the bottoms if the doors were all splintered and I could not bring myself to walk barefoot on the carpet. We lifted the mattress up to check for cleanliness and found a used sleep mask. I would not stay there again."

"Arrived at 530pm and did not get a room until nearly 7. They said they ran out of linens. Over 20 people waiting in the lobby. Check in is supposed to be at 3pm. Awful. Hotel looks under construction and run down."

"Room was clean upon arrival, one of the house keepers had an attitude. the breakfast was okay, not much options, the hot tub was dirty the first day once i address it to staff they cleaned it and it was better. This is place I stay when visiting family. I have stayed here like 4 to5 times. I do recommend. "
