“⚠️ DO NOT BOOK — UNSAFE AND DECEPTIVE. Stayed 18–19 April 2026, booked a premium room for 3 adults via Expedia. Zero first-aid kit at a hotel with a swimming pool. My friend was bleeding from a cut on a sharp, broken pool tile — it took the hotel 40+ minutes to produce a cotton swab. If this had been a child or an elderly guest, the consequences could have been catastrophic. Separately: the Expedia listing advertised "Free Breakfast" with no opt-out — on arrival the hotel flatly refused and……

“Our stay was quite disappointing and did not match what we paid for. We booked 3 family rooms, but upon arrival, we were given standard rooms instead. When we contacted customer service, we were informed that the hotel only has 2 family rooms available. This raises a very basic question: if only 2 family rooms exist, why was the hotel allowed to accept a booking for 3 family rooms in the first place? Another major issue was that all our rooms were allocated on different floors. We were traveling……

“The wifi was pathetic, no internet on the wifi whatsoever, even I have to get addition data packs on my airtel network to use the internet at night, but then too, airtel signal is also very weak in there. I have not seen such bad wifi network in any 5* hotels I've stayed, please spend some money and upgrade your wifi/speeds as this is not cheap hotel and people expect good wifi, specially when travelling. We booked classic room as it was only available at that time. The room was good, service……
