「I liked that it was clean and staff was friendly. The rooms are nice but walls are thin and you can hear noise from outside. The area is not walkable. Lots of traffic all around but I understand that Overland Park intends to make more green space and walking paths which will help tremendously. 」

We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite.
