「The beach is very nice, but the hotel itself is really old and needs to be renovated ASAP. The staff at the restaurant are friendly and decent. 」

「服务员的整体是不错的，只是碰巧遇到烟霾的天气。只有用餐的地板肮脏，还有地理位置有点里面，晚上告示牌不多，如果有更多的路牌会更好。整体的酒店是蛮不错的，住到很舒服，酒店也很大，房间和厕所很舒适，泳池也不错，好评，早餐值得推荐！」

「The location is far from beach which need 15 minutes drive to beach but it's nearby main road to find food so you don't need to worry midnight craving for food. The towels were smelly so better bring your own towel. Overall is house is big enough to cater a big family and relative but not suitable for small family like 3 - 5 person.」

「The accommodation is okay because it is quite new. You must be willing to stay near next to RAPID Petronas, not sure about air quality there. Location is not easy to find. No amenities nearby. TV channels mostly in malay. Wifi is intermittent. 」

「房間有螞蟻,好多螞蟻.湖景並不是真漂亮,房間打掃也沒有,服務台電話又常常不通,要求的東西也沒有完全做到,給他們電郵跟進也沒有回覆,附近有沒有東西吃,要搭的士才可去附近的小村落.」

「Ridiculous. I did not stay at this hotel becuase it was fully booked eventhough I had paid for it. And now that I requested for a refund, the hotel/expedia is not entertaining my request promptly. Called expedia a few times, and till date no service recovery. Do I need to keep making calls just so someone can look into the matter?!! 」
