“AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. “They close for lunch 12-1pm every day so you can’t check in. Can’t use the indoor pool if it’s windy outside. Place was dated. Murphy bed was very uncomfortable. Rusty pipes in the Bathroom. Can tell on the popcorn ceiling lots of patch work done likely due to leaks in the past.”

“This is place is beautiful, the rooms spacious, contemporary & very cleaned. Every staff member I interacted with was so courteous, pleasant & nice! Parking is included, which is a relic in Ptown, most places don’t have parking, lots of available spots- I parked my car right outside my room, easy to load out & in. The property is somewhat close to the main happenings in commercial street but if you’re a Diva like me, walking is a lot, so their shuttle service is an amazing amenity; the drivers……

“The staff was amazing and very helpful. The property has a very beach vibe and gorgeous views. My one cautionary note is that the platform beds are very hard for older people to get in and out of. Had we known we would have asked if they had more accessible accommodations”

“Loved the location( center to everything in town) , staff, cleanliness and decor. Would have loved to have been able to access a vending machine or shop where I could get a morning snack / drink. However, the staff was so friendly and great. I was able to get a Diet Coke every evening for the next morning. ( Thank you Neil!) And I loved the keurig machine in the room. Thank you Pilgrim House! We had a fabulous visit and would absolutely stay there again!!”

Bed so comfortable. 1 in-person staff member supports more than one location, but when I called the number posted to park and then to check in, they sent parking directions quickly via text and had the key app facilitated. Everything was terrific. They even had umbrellas available!”
