"Rooms were clean, had the basic amenities, they refill water and toilet paper daily, location was very close to the metro station and the bund. The only downside was the internet connection wasn't the best."

"Stayed here the 2nd time. Overall good impression, room was spacious, bed was very comfortable. Washroom and other places did show some aged traces. Quite a good location as it was just 5 mins taxi ride away from SNIEC exhibition centre (if no traffic), and right next to the "Thumb Mall", though most shops there were closed as it appeared to be under renovation."

"Personal at the hotel does not talk English so it's difficult to communicate. The air conditioner of the room didnt cool the room enough, it didnt go below the 21°C so on hot days it's not conveniente. Other than that room is clean and nicely located, my stay was pretty good. "

"The first room I had looked clean but the floor wasn’t cleaned at all. There was lots of mold in the shower so I asked for another room. The second room was a little better. The staff were understanding but didn’t let me have breakfast I think cause I changed rooms. The tea pot wasn’t cleaned so I had to clean it. The location is the best thing. Close to the city center. Windows were all filthy. This location could be great if they just cleaned it better and removed the mold in the showers"
