Staff was kind and courteous. They helped me with my luggage and even was willing to accommodate specific room conditions that I was looking for. They kept my room clean and always replaced the old towels with new one. And they even gave me a very nice welcome bag. They helped me store my luggage when I needed it and even offered to call me a taxi. They were all extremely helpful and greeted me every single time I walked in. They even taught me a little bit of Chinese, highly recommend 100%

My booking clearly stated I will pay at the property at check in in RMB, but The property told me the payment was deducted already by Expedia From my credit card. In order to pay at the property in RMB, I prepared to exchange the local currency with an unfavorably rate as well as service charge. I’m very disappointed, Expedia deducted money from my credit card, without following our booking agreement.

This is like a little hideaway, when the cab pulled up to the building there’s just an elevator door to get into the hotel on the 3rd floor. The staff was exceptional and helped us with everything from locations of restaurants, subways, and things to do I would give them an A+ and would recommend this place.
