“We arrived at the property at 4:05 pm .It was supposed to be ready by 4 pm. All 3 bedrooms had dirty sheets and blankets piled in the middle of the bed. No clean sheets anywhere that we could see. There were no clean towels either. The windows were dirty. we hung around waiting for return call from the host. Never called back. We left the property T approximately 5;10 pm the same day, stayed maybe 1 hour waiting for a call from our host which never came. Never again.”

“Hotels. Com needs to upgrade the directions to the cabin and what guests need ti bring— coffee, tea and shampoo, food etc”

“It was a wonderful stay with an amazing view. Very nice small cottage it was spotless and had everything we needed. The host was very accommodating and helpful with local restaurants and attractions in the area will stay”

“I booked two nights but we only stayed one night at the place. We could not stay two nights because the place was not cleaned. The master shower room was dirty, so I didn't even take shower. The water in the toilet was dirty, looks like no cleaning for long time then the water got nasty color. Dust bunnies on the ceiling fans. There were alot of dead bugs on the floor. Most of the window blinds were broken. I won't stay again. Not recommended. ”
