“It was my 3rd times been here, Still maintaining good service, clean and comfortably room. Receptionist staff is really busy especially breakfast time, the have to clean the table, managed seat, check out ,a lot of enquiry but the still keep professional and passion, Highly recommended ”

“Our room was perfect for our stay as we wanted twin bed room and had everything needed for our over night stay. We did not stay for breakfast as we we had to travel on early next day but the tea we had in the garden was lovely. The thatched guest house was in easy access for walks & visit to Sidmouth. Thank you ”

“This was a great spot to stay on our first night in Exeter! It's right in the center of town so you're really close to everything. There's also a pub downstairs/next door which was convenient. We had a minor plumbing issue the first night, but the hotel was able to take care of it. I would stay here again!”

“Booked as got stuck on the A303, nice staff, great breakfast and hard to argue with the price. My only minor criticism is being 6’3 the light they’d fitted to the single room was basically at face height so I cracked my head a couple of times getting in and out of bed. Otherwise would recommend for a cheap stay.”
