「Fabulous house ,photos don't do it justice,suitable for all ages,vast array of amenities,pool and hot tub well used and enjoyed BBQ outside ,take a hairdryer with you tho as only thing I couldn't find .would highly recommend,seems expensive but not for you have , communication with booking site and hosts was excellent too , perfect location but be aware satnav takes you slightly off ,we missed the driveway twice lol ,we as a large party will definitely go back .」

「Arrivée par un petit chemin bordé de haies, descendant vers un vallon où l'on découvre au fur et à mesure tous les animaux qu'une ferme peut accueillir : truies, bovins, chevaux, agneaux et basses cours. L'environnement est très pentu et ne laisse pas beaucoup d'espace pour se déplacer sans effort. Le fermier est très accueillant et prompte à rendre service. Le descriptif correspond au cottage. 」

「Fabulous property in a perfect location. Communication with Tony, was excellent from start to finish. The property was everything we needed for the week, even if the weather maybe was not. A fabulous space even with 3 teenagers. But the piece de resistance has to be the view! We could have sat on that deck all day every day and never moved! It was mesmorising. I know we'll be back again in the future x the week」

「A lovely setting for getting back to basics. Josh and Natalie we're incredible hosts who couldn't have done more. Highly recommend the breakfast hamper, the food was delicious with proper, yellow yolked, eggs! Our kids loved seeing the alpacas, chickens, guinea pigs, ducks and the glamping element. Can't recommend it enough.」

「Extremely clean, beautiful location, everything you needed for a perfect stay was there. As a blind person the layout of the cottage was excellent and the walk in shower was fantastic. The outside space had wonderful views of the countryside and it was a pleasure to have breakfast and an evening drink with my husband. Parking no problem and host was very friendly. The only downside was that we didn’t book it for longer. Treat to find the TV and microwave easy to use for us oldies.」

「Everything we needed for our short break car parking a bonus we never used the car . Ferry and bus close by train station in Teignmouth,and places to eat nearby . The cottage was lovely and clean with everything we needed for our stay.」

「This a sizeable property and well placed for easy access to Beach, Town and shops. It has 5 bedrooms including a downstairs bedroom and en-suite. Some updating needed of facilities which has been fed back. However, this was a great success as it’s very hard to find suitable accommodation for people with mobility issues and I was staying with my parents who are 88 & 89 respectively. 「Beautiful cottage, very homely and spotlessly clean. We had an issue with the bathroom door getting stuck shut and i contacted Claire the housekeeper who came out immediately. Loved sitting in the peaceful garden and the cottage is so near to the shops and harbour. Fab to have a parking space too. Will come again!」

「We stayed at Church View for our annual family holiday. The house was spacious for the 10 of us with lots of space to socialise and play games. The beds were super comfortable and the patio area with ample seating and BBQ was a great addition! The town and beach were a short walk away - making it an ideal location. 「Brilliant property! Amazing to have en-suites in every bedroom. This property was the perfect venue for my partner’s surprise 40th weekend away with friends. The bedrooms were all a fantastic size with en-suites. Private and secluded enabling us to all switch off from the business of our day to day lives and relax. "Stayed here for 3 nights on this trip. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service. The air conditioner in the room stopped functioning, but the staff quickly took care of the matter as soon as we reported it and compensated us with many free drink vouchers; the manager got soaked in the process of fixing the air conditioning but continued to apologise to us for the inconvenience. The staff are very welcoming, and the environment is very relaxing. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Exeter. Special thanks to the hotel manager and one of the hotel staff members for swiftly taking care of the air conditioner issue; despite ending up being wet in the process you both have handled the issue with grace and kindness."
