「This is our third year staying at this property. It is our go to for our annual Disney trip. It is perfect with the kitchenette. Rooms are immaculate and the amenities are always up to par. We will continue to use Residence Inn for our trips to Disney.」

「When we checked into this hotel, besides the bedsheet and shower, we hardly touched anything in the room. We brought our own shampoo, body wash, comb, towels, toothbrush, and toothpaste. We only used one towel from the room, and we returned the key card and parking card in perfect condition. I'm not sure why the hotel deducted $33.93 from my deposit after we checked out. This deserves a negative review! 」

「入住時飯店搞錯訂房資訊，因此花了點時間，還要我自己打電話回台灣跟Hotels.com 確認？最後飯店發現自己錯誤，就冷一句sorry結束!另外，廁所半夜有異味飄出⋯空調聲音會突然很大聲（可能是暖氣的關係，但有點大聲！優點是離迪士尼門口很近！」

「Clean & Beauty place. Poor customer service. Total reserved for 3 nights. On the first day, the front desk guy promised me I can stay in the same room for 3 nights. Unfortunately, they asked me to change the room on the third night. They need me to check out before 11AM and re-check in after 4PM. Very uncomfortable for us. It took more than half hour to solve it. Wasted our pleasure time in Disney :( 」

「I've stayed for four nights. The room is larger than I expected. Overall I had a great time staying there. However, there are two minor flaws during my stay. The first one is that after cleaning, the room is a bit smelly. I have to open the windows for a few minutes to get rid of the smell. The second is that there is no kettle in the room. Still, these do not seriously affect my experience in this hotel.」

「Walking distance to Disneyland 」

「Excellent experience in this hotel,very close to the Disney land ,we can see the fireworks in our room,and the free water park gave us so many fun. I love this hotel,if I come again, it should be my first choice.」
