The hotel is very comfortable , clean and got a good vibe . This is the second year we visit , very unhappy with the staff support , lack of ownership and responsibility , every one says it’s not me you have to talk to another person . Even ordering room service dinner , one of the orders was missing , the room service on the phone said it’s not me check with the server . The front desk when checking in said the same phrase “ it’s not me check with the reception in the morning “ . The room service on the phone was so rude. There is obvious lack of training and coaching .
The servers in the breakfast buffet were so noisy chitchatting all the time , and the breakfast is so disappointing .
This place last year was a 5 stars this year they are 2 on a good day . I don’t think I will ever book here again
