「Smell moldy everywhere in the hotel from the moment you step in. It's worse in the room than in the lobby. It was very disgusting and made me sick. Air outside wasn't smelly and was not humid. Something is wrong with the hotel and I feel it was from the moldy carpet. You don't want to stay here even though there is a free night.」

「Hallways had trash all up and down them. A/c didn’t work in our room. Light fixture didn’t work in my sister’s room. Staff were very friendly and nice. Housekeeping never came.」

「We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with kitchen and living room. It was very clean and and well stocked with utensils and other basic necessities in the kitchen. The lady managing the breakfast area was very efficient and personable. Overall the hotel amenities are great . A few negatives - the breakfast was quite bad. The housekeeping for the room was only once in three days as per hotel policy. I asked them to clean the room after two days and they did not do it .」

「The property is just as described and pictured. We stayed in the townhouse with canal views. The king bed on the top floor was comfy. The two twins on mid floor were also comfy. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. The location can't be beat!」

「Overall a very nice place to stay. Water views from the porch, quiet area, still convenient to everything. Wish it had a dishwasher (although I don’t know where you’d put it) and outdoor grill was a mess. I had to spend a lot of time cleaning the grill before I could use it. The cottage had everything you could possibly need. If you want to cook meals yourself and avoid restaurants, this is a great option. Communication was great.
