「İ choosed the more expensive house form both were available on the page, after that i texted the company responsible for renting and they told me this isnt the apartment you choosed. 「We were not satisfied because they asked for additional fees that were not listed - Pay to access the beach, per adult. You expect that you booked a place right by the beach and you will enjoy it, and then you realize that you have to pay to get to the beach. - You pay for electricity! - No Wi-Fi provided The place was not properly cleaned, and there were cup stains in multiple areas. The place is big and very conveniently located in the north coast.」

「Hotel is still under finishing. Painting material and furniture empty packings are thrown everywhere. No maintainace staff . If your AC broken out, you can change the room or you have to stay in if no availability . Fresh staff with no training or experience . Even the manager do not understand the booking online or hospitality. I forced to leave my room after checking in .My room with advertised as sea view however I was offered other room as the available one.」
