“Staff should acknowledge one someone is speaking to them, they were paying more attention to their cell and to other personal conversations among themselves. I had to go to the Starbucks area, to have someone help me, because the person that was at the check in station would not acknowledge I was there. Also there was a smell of sewer in the restroom the whole time. The pool area adults had alcoholic drinks in the pool and intoxicated so our grandchildren were unable to enjoy the pool. The staff……

“What I liked about the property was the clean, colorful rooms. Thankfully you could have the fan on continuously on the AC because we found out that you could hear easily into the next room, so by using it, we sleep peacefully. We were able to walk down the Seawall and enjoy plenty of restaurants, the Pleasure Pier, etc. I would recommend it and stay there again.”

“We found a pee stain in our bed sheets. Don't know how long it had been there for, it's obvious the sheets were not changed from the previous resident or possibly longer. My husband and I were so flabbergasted and disgusted. I went to speak to the check in person and he offered to have someone put new sheets on our bed or a new room. I really wanted a refund but was late in the afternoon and didn't want to deal with having to find another hotel for one night. We took a new room, which was not……

“Beach acces and decent pool. Rooms are a little dated but not bad. Beds are small. coule be Full size or better yet queen would be best. Parking is ok but watch out for birds to poop if parked near trees. All else is ok wouldn't mind staying again. Price for stay is ok and could be better.”
