“Upon arrival, we noticed there was no water. I called the front desk to notify and I was told they knew there was no hot water but that we should have cold water. I was later informed that technician installed the pump backwards and that water should be restored soon. Water returned later that night, but not hot water for the entire weekend. “The breakfast was mediocre at best. The room was missing a light bulb; which we were able to obtain from the desk. The room itself just felt like it was a downgrade from a normal hotel room”

They charged us an incidental fee that was not disclosed to us upon booking so our stay was more then we budgeted for. “Horrible business management. I booked a 2 night stay at Wyndham Great smokies lodge to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday. He was so excited to stay here and use the water park. We booked well in advance and paid in advance. We drove several hours to get to this hotel. While we were in route and less than an hour from the hotel to check in, Wyndham calls and states they have overbooked the hotel and cancelling my reservation.
