"Excellent hotel right opposite the train stationm, staff are friendly and efficient handling check in. Room is clean and there are amenities you can help yourself to in the lobby. The included breakfast is good and has a decent amount of variety, seems to change every day which is good. "

The onsen was the absolute highlight—my mother called it her best onsen experience ever! The staff's customer service was warm, hospitable, and made celebrating her birthday a delight.
