「We experienced a very decent stay in Sapa Horizon Hotel. Room was spacious. The Fansipan mountain view from the balcony was stunning. The bathroom was equipped with a heater which was a great surprise in the cold weather. We travelled to Sapa by overnight train. The check in time was 1:00pm. This lovely hotel offered a shower room for us at 7:00a.m when we arrived Sapa on the first day and they did the same when we left Sapa in the evening. This was absolutely a very heartwarming arrangement...

However, we encounter road roads on the way to hotel, and need to transfer to scooters instead. 「Excellent budget hotel in centre of Sapa. The service was amazing - I was there during Tet and allowed to stay the first half of my week at their luxury hotel next door. My budget fan room was a bit cold so they brought me an electric blanket! Very helpful, welcoming staff. 」

「The hotel is located some distance away from the main city centre - approx. 10 minute walk up a steep hill (takes a bit of effort) or a short taxi ride away. Worth it to be away from the "vegas-like" lights at night, and to have a spectacular view of the mountains. 「非常不爽的一次住宿!! 先是飯店櫃檯說查不到我們2晚住宿的訂房紀錄，一直堅持要我們重新付款，後來是我堅持不願意付款，他才安排我們入住!! 後是進房之後整個傻眼，床單很髒，枕頭有頭髮，棉被打開有沙子，浴室長滿黴菌，洗澡刷牙的水有生鏽味，洗澡時水管塞住水流不下去，滿到房間裡面去，跟櫃檯反應說沒房了!? 最後，我們3個人整晚無法入睡，因為全身發癢一直抓，3個人都起了疹子，一晚受不了早上6點多我們就退房了，一堆住客等吃早餐，結果是泡麵，花幾百美金吃泡麵?又是這種住宿環境?又是這種服務?很想送他們三字經!! 還有一晚，連住我們也不住了，直接離開!!太爛了，太糟糕了!!」
