“My family of three stayed here on August 2024. The staff were incredible, helpful, gracious and accommodating. They helped us book tours to Fansipan, they answered all of our random questions and inquiries and offered to find info on our flights when our SIM card wasn’t working and when there was urgency. The location was in the center of the city, in walking distance to everything. Complimentary breakfast was offered for every day of our stay…a perfect way to kick off our days. My husband……

“We experienced a very decent stay in Sapa Horizon Hotel. Room was spacious. The Fansipan mountain view from the balcony was stunning. The bathroom was equipped with a heater which was a great surprise in the cold weather. We travelled to Sapa by overnight train. The check in time was 1:00pm. This lovely hotel offered a shower room for us at 7:00a.m when we arrived Sapa on the first day and they did the same when we left Sapa in the evening. This was absolutely a very heartwarming arrangement……

“Emplacement idéal! Calme et idéal pour se détendre, avec un magnifique jardin. Le personnel était très accueillant et a veillé à ce que notre séjour soit agréable. Le restaurant était bon, même si un peu plus de variété au menu aurait été appréciable. En résumé, une expérience agréable!”

“This hotel is a beautiful work of art. Our room was absolutely massive and it had its own living room area. The finishes in the washroom were beautiful and we had tons of space to store all of our stuff. The view was off the charts. The location is also great as it is close to all of the major attractions and transportation methods. The street it is on, has some great restaurants, coffee, shops, and a fantastic pub.”
