“Another fantastic stay at The Madison Hotel in Morristown, the hometown of my wife. The a hotel is not only beautiful, it is also peaceful. Our King Room was exactly what we needed. It was immaculate, warm and the bed was very comfortable. We visit Morristown as often as we can and then we always stay at The Madison. A wonderful free breakfast every morning with everything that anyone want and plenty of it! The coffee, by the way, is the BEST and we ordered some after we returned home. We loved……

“Wonderful stay, Brian at the front desk upon checking in was helpful and friendly. I wish the pillows on the bed were bigger and more there were two pillows on the kingsize bed and I had to ask for more.
I would definitely stay there again.
We did have the fire alarm go off at 2am and were outside for almost an hour. I did not think there was much communication so that could be improved.”

“It is a nice hotel. The bar, restaurant and service are all fabulous! The rooms are a little on the smaller side but that is understandable regarding the age of the hotel. My only concern is the heating/ac unit in our room was so loud and didn’t work great. There was also no phone in our room which made requesting towels a little difficult.”

“The first room we checked into was spacious and very clean — we were impressed. However, the toilet kept making loud refill noises every few minutes. I reported it, and we waited over 20 minutes while someone tried to fix it, but it wasn’t resolved. It was already almost 11pm, and our kids were tired and still hadn’t showered, so we asked to switch rooms.
The second room had more issues — the toilet wouldn’t flush and the bedside lamp didn’t work. I asked to change again, but the front desk……
